Icon Roster ("we") operates iconroster.com. We collect only the information you choose to send us — typically your name, company, email address and project details submitted through our casting form or by email.

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver engagements, and maintain our business records. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers necessary to operate the agency (such as email hosting), or where required by law.

This site does not use advertising trackers. Basic, privacy-respecting traffic analytics may be collected to understand site usage.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to bookings@iconroster.com.

We may update this policy as the agency grows; the effective date above reflects the current version.
